Please remember that the raceiver is one way & there is still a need to hear the driver sometimes. Ya gotta have somebody running it that knows what there doing to make them effective otherwise they can make things worse.

Hello modliteracer97, we are all asking the same question as we have not ran on the track under race conditions with these mod lites yet. We run 3.73 in the dwarfs and some run 3.90. What little bit I ran my Mod last year (twice) practicing we had 3.90 and seemed to be a pretty good gear for dry track. Track is quarter mile on the inside and pretty close to Boyds speedway in overall size. Thanks, Freddie Prosser 931-703-6143

As for the Raceivers being required.....
If you were at the Ice Bowl this year then you would have seen/heard the good use of the receivers. The SAS technical group ran the show and the guy on the mic for the Raceivers kept the drivers completely aware of what was happening on the track and he wasn't shy about letting the drivers know when they were getting out of line and by that I mean individual shout outs to let a driver know when to toe the line.
If the radios have a dedicated person using it, whoever is talking to the drivers can be of an immense aid to keeping the race moving along and a safe race for everyone.
